UPDATE: It turns out that the image (other than Monster Hunter Portable 3) were Photoshopped. Sorry for the confusion.
Europe-based online retailer Play.com had apparently listed Tales of Innocence R for pre-order on their site, along with other big-name games for the same platform.
Aside from ToI-R, the other games listed were Monster Hunter Portable 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Nights and Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. All of their pages on Play.com, except for Monster Hunter, have already been taken down. Luckily, someone was able to take screenshots of the pages:

With Tales of Innocence R already out in Japan, the listing might be hinting at a European release. And of course, if ever this is true, a US release might not be far off.
According to EuroGamer however, Namco Bandai says they have no announcements whatsoever about it. A Square Enix spokesperson responded the same way, saying that they can't comment on speculations.
Despite that other rumor about Innocence R coming to the US being just a mix-up of the US and HK PlayStation Networks, this new info might just be hinting at something.
But again, I would like to point out that this is just a rumor for now.
