| >> About the Game |
  >>This is considered to be the very first sequel to be done in the Tales Series, since it's set 104 years after the events of Tales of Phantasia. Basically, this game is a Dungeon RPG (random Dungeon 1, Dungeon 2, etc.) made as a mini version of the Tales. Even the battle system is mini, the Petit Linear Motion Battle System, where the actions are turn-based unlike the rest of the LMBS's.
  >>The game is named "Narikiri" because it pertains to the main characters' ability to change classes, because the word "narikiri" generally means "to become something." In this case, the main characters become other people through the classes... and the clothes.

| >> Storyline |
  >>Years after the events of Tales of Phantasia, a shooting star lands on the land. From the light the shooting star emits as it reached the ground came twin babies, whom a stranger keeps and takes care of. The siblings are in fact a boy and a girl, the boy named Dio, and the girl named Mel.
  >>Thirteen years later, Aselian Calendar 4408, Dio comes home from the mountains with a strange creature. The twins name this odd one Kruelle, and keep the little guy as a pet.
  >>As their daily lives go on, the arrival of a winged woman in their midst changes their destiny forever...
