UPDATE (July 6, 2013): A Namco Bandai representative has just informed us that NO, Tales of Symphonia will not be-retranslated or re-dubbed for Chronicles. The rep has officially confirmed this to be NOT true and that there will be no re-dub.
Fisico from Kingdom of Tales let us all in on what went down during their interview with Hideo Baba at Japan Expo 2013.
Though still not set in stone, Baba-san mentioned to them that they will most likely re-translate and re-dub everything in Tales of Symphonia for its coming HD remaster.
Though nothing is official yet and it's not that clear yet, since they're using the PS2 version of Symphonia for this, there are possibly problems with the GameCube translation. Hopefully they'll officially clear this up soon. And no, Dawn of the New World won't be touched, it seems.
