Tales of Xillia Sold 740,000 Units Within Just A Couple of Months

Namco Bandai has just released its midterm earnings report, and with Tales of Xillia having sold 740,000 units, the game has become the company's top title for the first six months of the fiscal year. And that's just within the couple of months ever since it has been released.

Tales of Xillia was released in Japan September 8, 2011, and it easily managed to beat other titles of the six months, namely AKB1/48 2, Taiko Drum Master Portable DX and One Piece Unlimited Cruse SP.

It is noted that sales in Japan and Sony-related products really dominated in their sales. Japan managed 4,084,000 unit sales, beating America's 1,915,000 and Europe's 1,099,000 units sales. The bigger sales were made by games for the PSP and PS3.

Still haven't played the game? Play-Asia still has the Japanese and Asian versions for sale.
