We just had Van somewhat confirmed from the supposedly new commercial, but now, we have him officially confirmed in a magazine scan, along with a couple of characters.
Along with Van's confirmation are Richter Abend and Emil Castagnier from Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World. There have already been unofficial confirmations for the two before, with Emil appearing on the box of the RM3 snack box and Richter's glasses floating around the Kaodra skit faces on the RM3 Collab site and being worn by some other Tales characters. This is the first official confirm for them, though.
