The Tales Channel+ site just announced something we may have already been expecting ever since Innocence R.
Tales of the Tempest R has just been revealed for the PlayStation Vita with an expected release date of mid 2014.
Incidentally, starting today Abyssal Chronicles will now be under the ownership of Mr. Barbatos Goetia.
