First Gameplay Footage
The first feature of note shown during the latest Tales of Crestoria live stream was first footage of the actual gameplay. You can find it in the record of the live stream done below, starting in at 19:32:
As you can see, Crestoria follows a turn-based battle system as announced before.
Game Interface and Design
Crestoria's home screen should look familiar to anyone who's played a mobile RPG before. It features regenerating stamina, gold, and gems. You can go questing, roll to summon, or edit your party. There are also buttons for "Multi Battle" and a "Katz Chest," and we'll probably see details about those in upcoming news.
The game will feature four types of scenarios. The main storyline will follow Kanata and his five party members on their adventure through the world. It's written by Jun Kumagai (Scared Rider Zechs, Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology Mobile, Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave).
The game will also feature side stories about allies who aid the party on their quest. These allies look like beloved Tales characters, but they've been recast as denizens of the world of Crestoria, allowing players to meet them for the first time.
Additionally, building up your relationship with various characters unlock character stories for both core Crestoria cast members and allies. These episodes take place alongside the main story and focus on the characters' daily lives and personalities.
Progressing in the main story will also produce skits or face chats that, as usual, show the characters' thoughts and scenes that don't fit in the usual progression. These usually show up in between quests.
Additionally, each character is assigned a new setting detail called a Blood Sin. A Transgressor who has accepted their fate and passed Vicious' test finds their Crest of Sin transformed into the Crest of Blood Sin, from which they can draw out the Blood Sin in the form of a weapon.
Kanata's weapon is the Blades of Oedipus. Misella's is magic called the Dead End Flare. Vicious' guns are the Ever Pain. Aegis' is the Fragile Heart, Yuna's is the Love & Lie, and Orwin's is called the Lost Family.
The official English translation may differ. We'll update these details as they're revealed.

Luke fon Fabre (Tales of the Abyss)

Milla Maxwell (Tales of Xillia)
"I'll face you head on, Velvet!"
A woman whose mission is to destroy the existence known as "Keshin" that embodies men's sin. She herself has committed a crime and hates Velvet for it. She is also looking for a companion who seems to be deeply involved in her mission.
Velvet Crowe (Tales of Berseria)
"Then I'm just fulfill my promise, Milla, the promise I made to you!"
A woman with powers that transform her left arm. Once a cheerful and bright individual, a certain event made her become as cold as ice. Though harboring murderous intent toward Milla, she travels the world holding a certain promise.
Leon Magnus (Tales of Destiny)
"Prepare yourself, Great Transgressor! And you Transgressors, as well!"
A visiting swordsman of the Medagal Knight Order. He may be young, but his word skills are exceptional. Though with high pride and avoids opening up to people, he does show concern for Aegis who belongs in the same Knight Order as him. He wields a weapon called a Swordian.
