I'm having a hard time translating the conditions at the moment, but it has something to do with getting your Grade up by 50% or something within 30 minutes, regardless of what job class you have.
The top ranking person will receive a Rare Shield (??????, shield), while those next in rank will receive a Tenebrae T-Shirt (?????T???, armor) and a Bacura (????, it's a shield).
Gifts for those who will participate are a Soul Edge (??????, a broadsword), a Fan (???, it's a dagger), and a Happi/Happy Coat (??, armor).
