The PSN Releases Twitter bot has notified the listing of the upcoming Tales of Arise and Tales of Series Gallery App on the Japanese PSN for the PS4.
Note that the app has been listed but is not yet available for viewing.
The upcoming Tales of Arise and Tales of Series Gallery app from Bandai Namco is no secret. Announced during the Tales of YouTube Live Winter Special held during the series' 26th anniversary, Bandai Namco is planning to release an app for viewing of artworks of the Tales of Series and Tales of Arise in consoles.

It seems the release of the said app is coming up, finally, with the listing already made on the Japanese PlayStation 4 PlayStation Network.

The Tales of Arise and Tales of Series Gallery app will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X for free and will have a larger gallery for Tales of Arise.
Tales of Arise is the latest mothership title (new classification: original title) of the Tales of Series which was first announced during Microsoft’s Press Conference in E3 2019. The game was released for the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One and PC Digital via Steam on September 9, 2021 for Asia and Japan and September 10, 2021 for the rest of the world. The game features use of the Unreal Engine 4 and works on the theme of tradition versus evolution of the series.
