Tales of Arise Beyond the Dawn Bundles Now Open for Pre-order, Japan Getting Physical Bundles, Pre-order Bonuses

And Legacy costumes, finally!

With the Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn DLC releasing in less than two months, preorders are now in full swing for both the West and Japan.

A series of special bundles are available for Beyond the Dawn, with those with the main Tales of Arise game bundled in available. Japan is also giving the DLC the full blown treatment, with physical special editions also available at Asobi Store. Check out the pre-order bonuses, new digital bundles, new costumes, and Japan-exclusive physical bundles below!

Pre-order Bonuses

Whichever version of Beyond the Dawn you pre-order, it will come with new costumes for Alphen and Shionne, as well as recipes (these recipes are the same as the pre-order bonus from the main game, so if you already have those, they won't double).

Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn Expansion DLC

Standalone DLC for Beyond the Dawn. Includes pre-order bonuses (see above). Priced at $29.99/€29.99/£24.99/3,600 Yen plus tax. Inclusive of 6 additional costumes, a special EX Quest for Alphen and Shionne, a Travel Support Pack containing 50,000 Gald, Level Up +5, CP +100 and complete fishing gear), and a Silver Weapon Collection (set of new silver-colored variant weapons).

Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn Edition

This package includes the base game Tales of Arise, plus the Beyond the Dawn expansion. This also includes the other DLC above, plus an Elegant Costume Package for Alphen and Shionne which are also part of the pre-order bonuses, and will be sold separately as DLC in the future. Priced at $59.99/€59.99/£49.99/6,800 Yen plus tax. For STEAM, you have to access the main Tales of Arise page, and not the DLC page, to access it.

Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn Deluxe Edition

This includes the Tales of Arise base game, the Beyond the Dawn DLC, Classic Characters Costumes (technically Legacy costumes) and BGM Pack, a Premium Travel Pack which includes artifacts and items, and a Starter Pack which will have artifacts, items, and Gald. Priced at $79.99/€79.99/£69.99/8,600 Yen plus tax.

  • Legacy costumes include:
    • Alphen - Ludger Kresnik (Tales of Xillia 2)
    • Shionne - Velvet Crowe (Tales of Berseria)
    • Rinwell - Rita Mordio (Tales of Vesperia)
    • Law - Jude Mathis (Tales of Xillia)
    • Kisara - Flynn Scifo (Tales of Vesperia)
    • Dohalim - Jade Curtiss (Tales of the Abyss)

Regarding the classic/legacy costumes + BGM pack for Tales of Arise - Beyond the Dawn: Owners of the old Deluxe and Ultimate editions of the original Tales of Arise base game do NOT get the legacy costumes + BGM pack automatically. They are part of the Beyond the Dawn Deluxe/Ultimate for now, BUT will be sold separately as DLC after November 9. This is according to the official Japanese website. The West will most likely follow the same.

Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn Ultimate Edition

This includes almost the same contents as the Deluxe Edition, with addition of a Premium Item Pack, and previously released DLC costumes in the form of a Premium Costume Pack (includes the Beach Time costumes, School Life costumes and Warring States costumes) and a Collaboration Costume Pack (Code Vein, Tekken and IdolMaster). Priced at $99.99/€99.99/£89.99/12,700 Yen plus tax.
