The Tales of VS. official site has just been updated with character pages for Luke and Richter, including videos showing their hi-ougis.
Luke uses his Radiant Howl, while Richter uses his Eternal Recurrence. You will notice that the hi-ougi cut-ins this time are actually full screen. It is also noted in the site that Richter does not belong to any of the four nations.
The new art from the site have all been uploaded here. The character art from the official site have considerably lower quality than the ones we uploaded before though. They're quite blurry, and a bit blocky. When I get the time, I'll just make everyone renders from the higher quality ones.
