The release date for Tales of the Abyss 3DS in Europe was apparently revealed during the Japan Expo. Though there was no actual vocalannouncement of the date, it was printed on the booklets given out by Namco Bandai during the event.
The scan says "10/11/2011". According to some people I talked to, dates in Europe are written in DD/MM/YYYY format, so the release date will apparently be November 10, 2011.
Kurusu from the Tales of Forums shares what happened during the Expo. In the end, there really wasn't any significant news aside from the date. Namdai showed a few videos showing ToA in action, specifically the new Mystic Artes (which are just the NA-exclusive ones). There was supposed to be a trailer for Tales of Graces, but due to technical difficulties, it never got shown on the screen. Instead, Hideo Baba had one of the trailers of Tales of Xillia put up, in an attempt to survey if the fans would want that game in released in Europe. This in no way confirms a ToX localization, by the way.
