No news yet on when the DLC will be available.
Also, the official Tales of Xillia site updated today with info on the Tales of Cafe opening at Ufotable Cafe this coming July 16-31 and September 1-18, a Producer Talk Show in some shops in Japan, and info on the game's Shop Build system. We also have a video of how Shop Build works:
