Tales of Symphonia Remastered has just received its release date, along with a new trailer.
Bandai Namco Entertainment, Inc. has just announced that the upcoming Tales of Symphonia Remastered, to be released for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One/Xbox Series X will be released February 17, 2023 for North America and Europe territories. For Japan, the game will be released February 16, 2023. A new trailer has been released:
A limited edition "Chosen Edition" will be released for all platforms. As per the latest update, for Europe specifically, the Standard edition will only be available digitally. For North America, the official website lists both Chosen and Standard editions for physical pre-order, with Standard being available on the Bandai Namco Store as well as other retailers.
For North America, the Chosen Edition is Bandai Namco Store exclusive. While for Europe, it's confusing at the moment since some of their social media has it announced as a Bandai Namco Store EU exclusive, but some Amazon stores in Europe have the Chosen Edition for pre-order, specifically Germany and Spain. Amazon UK also has it up.

Tales of Symphonia is the fifth mothership title of the series and the only title to be released for the Nintendo GameCube. It was then later ported to the PlayStation 2. It has a direct sequel escort title in the form of Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, and the two were later ported to the PlayStation 3 as a single release in the form of Tales of Symphonia Chronicles. The game is a distant prequel to Tales of Phantasia.
