Famitsu.com released a long list of upcoming games for the 3DS, among Bandai Namco's games, Tales of the Abyss is listed.

Listed for Bandai Namco games are:
-Ace Combat 3D (working title)
-Double Pen Sports? (tentative) (according to Siliconera.com it's Table Pen Sports
-Tales of the Abyss (tentative)
-Pro Baseball Famista 2011 (tentative)
-Ridge Racer 3D

Other sites such as 4Gamer and NBGI Webmaster's Twitter has confirmed this for a 2011 release. Screen shots below:
