The mkv format RAW accompanied with the OST for Tales of Symphonia: The Animation Volume 4 have just been made available for downloading via torrent by Quantum-Raws at Tokyo Tosho.
Knowing Abby, other ways of downloading the episode will be up soon enough, as for the impatient, I hope you have your trackers (and VLC Players/Video Converters) up and ready!
