Rockrow is the same character with the dark hair who appeared in the latest trailer here. He is a free-spirited young swordsman who keeps his reason even in the face of the daemon. Apparently he feels obligated to follow Velvet but for what reason we don't know for sure.
Eleanor (????, erenoa)

Eleanor is a completely new character we haven't seen before. A woman who belongs to Seiryou, an organization for fighting daemon. She is gentle and caring to everyone except those who go against the Seiryou.
The scan also talks about the LMBS for the game which is now known as theLiberation-LMBS. You can map Artes to the Circle, Square, Triangle & X buttons. The number of Artes you can perform is dependent on a character's Soul Gauge (SG). With every enemy you defeat, your SG increases. Each battle starts you off with 3 SG.
Tales of Berseria is the latest mothership title of the Tales of Series which was first announced during Tales of Festival 2015. The game was released for both the PS3 and PS4 on August 18, 2016 in Japan, January 24, 2017 in North America and January 27, 2017 in Europe for the PS4 and PC. The game features a female protagonist named Velvet and a theme of pirates and ships. It’s also confirmed as a distant prequel to Tales of Zestiria.
