The entire world will see Tales of Crestoria hopefully by June 2020.
In an update via the Tales of Crestoria English Twitter, the planned release date for Tales of Crestoria is June 2020. This will be a worldwide simultaneous release for everyone.

The game is being spruced up to have full voices for the main story, polished artwork, and many more brush-ups.
That said, an open beta will start in early May 2020 to test out network load in certain regions.
The update also reminds everyone that the game's opening theme and new scenes from the opening will be released on April 26th. (April 27th for those in Japan).
Note that the pending events may be affected by COVID-19.
Tales of Crestoria is an upcoming mobile title dedicated for smartphones that is an entirely new story and doesn’t focus on previous Tales of titles. The game features Kanata Hjuger, a young man branded as a Transgressor because of the crimeof “protecting someone important” to him. The game will be released for iOS and Android on 2020.
