Here's the final list of voice actors that will be guest-starring at Tales of Festival 2023. Plus, DEEN, FLOW and Bonnie Pink have been announced to perform!
Tales of Festival 2023 is scheduled to be held on June 10 to 11, 2023 (Saturday and Sunday) and will be held once again at Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Tokyo, Japan.
Today's Road to TOF 2023 Live Stream Vol. 05, the final update on the list of voice actors that will be appearing during this year's Tales of Festival's 2023 was given. In addition, co-hosts for each day and performing artists were also announced. Check out the updated list below! Voice actors in bold are the newly announced ones.

It was also announced during the stream that this would be the last update to the cast list (of course, not including the usual "surprise" guest that appears as a usually un-announced guest during the Festival itself).

Merchandise Sales
The previous pre-order for Tales of Festival 2023 merchandise has already ended. With the new cast announcements, another pre-order window will be opening from May 18 to May 28, 2023. Of course, face-to-face sales during the actual event itself will also be available for both Festival days. You can view the archive of the live stream to see Onosaka-san showing the various merchandise.
Online Ticket Lottery Sales
Online ticket sales (via lottery) for the general public have started and will end on May 7, 2023 via ePlus Japan. Unfortunately, you will need a Japanese smart phone to order tickets.
