Now, a bunch of these are event exclusive items or items that'll only be available in Japan-only shops. Some of the event original items will be available at Lalabit Market after the event, though not all of them. Lalabit says should the items run out during the Festival, then obviously they can't sell them online anymore. You can opt to buy from Lalabit by using a proxy/deputy buying service. he ones I personally use are Shopping Mall Japan and Japonica Market.
The items for early selling will also be available in other shops much later after the event. General sales are items already available at the moment. I've added some links on where to buy them for you guys.
