This new scan shows a page of Tokyo Game Show '09's "Game, It's So Energetic!" Booklet. It's basically a guide book with a list of games being shown during TGS, along with brief game descriptions and game development completion percentages.
This particular scan has info on Tales of Graces on it, saying that the game is 70% complete.
