It seems a day after the trademark for Tales of Xillia was filed in Europe, the trademark for the game was filed in the U.S. as well.
Again, trademarks don't really mean much until there's actual word of a localization. They are mainly filed to protect the name of the game and its use in conjunction to goods and services related to it. Other Tales titles like Tales of Rebirth and Tales of Innocence did get trademarks filed in the US, though we still have no news of any localizations for them. Just recently though, the trademark filed for Tales of Hearts in the US was just renewed.
