These Fan-Made Tales Figures From Winter Wonder Festival 2020 Are Gorgeous

These look so good

There haven't been a lot of official Tales figures lately, but these custom made ones sure are a treat to the eyes.

Wonder Festival is a semi-annual (Winter and Summer) convention in Japan that mainly features displays and announcements of any upcoming figures from major manufacturing companies such as GoodSmile, Alter and Kotobukiya. WonFes is also a place where hobbyists who make their own figures or garage kits can display or sell their works.

For this Winter Wonder Festival 2020 being held today, February 9, the only main announcement we got from the official companies is that Water Armatization Sorey from Kotobukiya. Hobbyists however have put up an impressive display of their figures, and they look stunning.

First off is this wonderful Tales of Legendia Jay figure by @pomesuko_suko.

This figure is unfortunately not for sale but it is really pretty to look at. It can be found at booth 7-27-06.

Next is this lovely Tales of Vesperia Judith figure by @nnmi under inc.EDGE.

This one is actually for sale at for 12,000 Yen at booth 5-33-13.

So far our only upcoming official figures is the Alter Tales of Berseria Velvet figure that has been delayed to March 2020 (pre-orders still available at Plamoya). What Tales figure would you love to see next?

Tales of Vesperia
Tales of VesperiaTales of Vesperia is the tenth mothership title of the series initially released for the Xbox 360. The Japanese and North American English localization release dates of the game were within the same month, a first in the entire series. It later got ported to the PlayStation 3 with additional features, but this never got an English release. An updated version known as “Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition” will be released for both Japan & the West in Winter 2018. Vesperia tells the story of Yuri, a former Imperial Knight. A movie called Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike was later released which tells the story of Yuri prior to the game’s events.
