Listen to this heart-wrenching song now.
The song "Blue Moon" by Ayaka was previously announced as the "Grand Theme" for Tales of Arise. The full song is now released on various streaming platforms online, while a new trailer featuring scenes from the game was also released using the song.
Warning! The trailer may be a bit spoiler-y for people who are trying to avoid spoilers before the game. Best to opt to not watch if you’re preventing that.
Aside from Blue Moon, Ayaka's song "Hello, Again ~昔からある場所~" (Hello, Again ~Mukashi Kara Aru Basho~, literally "A Place From Long Ago") is also included as a tie-in to Tales of Arise story. According to Bandai Namco, Hello, Again will be an insert song to supplement the game's interlude.

Someday, in this place again
At that time, I want to smile again
Even if millions of months pass
As long as it's with you
Each and every person
Fade away from their burdens
To know the reason
they were born in this planet
To live strong
Hide away your weaknesses
And without fear
Start with the pain
Within the continuation of this story
Am I in it?
Even if I can't fulfill this wish
It's fine if I'm in it even a little bit
Listen to me
I want to touch you
I believe you
Going around my memories
At that time
I couldn't face you
But you believed in the future
And grabbed on to the compass
Each and every person
Fade away from their burdens
To know the reason
they were born in this planet
To live strong
Hide away your weaknesses
And without fear
Start with the pain
The moon shining in silver
Is illuminated within your eyes
And the pain hidden within them
I vow to erase them
I heard you
Thank you
I believe you
I heard you
Thank you
I believe you
Within the continuation of this story
Am I in it?
Even if I can't fulfill this wish
It's fine if I'm in it even a little bit
Listen to me
I want to touch you
I believe you
Listen to me
I want to touch you
I believe you
Thank you...
At this point, it's still unclear exactly what a Grand Theme entails, either this is a theme song for the game (aside from Kankaku Piero's HIBANA) or the game's ending song? We don't know for now.
Ayaka is a female singer and songwriter from Japan active since 2006 with her debut song "I believe". Her first album, "First Message" has sold 1.4 million copies. After 2 years of hiatus, she returned in 2009 with a new album, "The beginning". She also sang the theme song to the PSP game Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, "Why".
