Tales of Phantasia has just been ported to the Tales of Mobile. The game, Tales of Phantasia Mobile is a port of the GBA version of the game to mobile phones.
The game has been released as an application by iMode starting March 17, 2010 (for FOMA 905i/705i series phones), EZWeb starting March 18, 2010 (for W5X series phones) and Yahoo! starting sometime this summer. The game is available for 525 Yen.
This information has actually been around since February, as the Tales of Community member wallpapers had this information in their February and March editions, but I was unsure of it, so I left it alone for a while. Also take note of the new logo for the Tales of Mobile series of games.
