Announced in today's Nintendo Direct, Tales of Symphonia Remastered makes its way to the Nintendo Switch! Also confirmed for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One!
Just announced during the September 13, 2022 Nintendo Direct, Tales of Symphonia is now getting a release for the Nintendo Switch! A short trailer with voice overs of the game's story was shown during the direct at this part.
A short while later, a Tweet from Bandai Namco also confirmed that the remaster will be out for the PS4 and Xbox One as well, including a Chosen Edition limited edition version for North America, with pre-orders now open via the Bandai Namco US official store. or the Bandai Namco EU official store. Contents for North America and Europe are the same for the Chosen Edition. So far, it seems to be Bandai Namco Store exclusive, at least from the US announcement. Only the North American version is Bandai Namco Store exclusive. For Europe and UK, they are also available on other shops such as Amazon UK, Germany and Spain.

The Chosen Edition is available for all three platforms and includes:
- Tales of Symphonia Remastered base game
- Corrine Metal Case
- Art Prints
- Stickers
Named Tales of Symphonia Remastered, the game is announced for a release date of Early 2023. So far, it seems to be similar to what the latest HD versions have to offer. The Japanese direct also mentioned it will be out "This Winter", so it's safe to assume it will be released by March 2023 the latest.
