Looks like North America isn't far behind. Special editions for Tales of Arise have been confirmed for North America, as well!
The contents of the North American special editions are similar to the ones just announced for Europe, but the difference is North America seems to not be getting the Hootle Edition. In addition, the "Collector's Edition" is exclusive to the US Bandai Namco Store, unlike for Europe where it is also available in other retailers.
Collector's Edition - $189.99
- Tales of Arise game software (PS5, PS4, XSX or Xbox One versions. PC Digital not available)
- 18 cm figure of Alphen and Shionne

Comparing it to Europe's CE, it doesn't seem to have the special costume and attachment packs. A Collector's for the PC version is also not available. And again, the North American Collector's Edition is exclusive to the Bandai Namco Store. You can pre-order it there for $189.99: PS5, PS4, XSX, XboxOne.
Digital Ultimate Edition - $109.99

Tales of Arise is the latest mothership title (new classification: original title) of the Tales of Series which was first announced during Microsoft’s Press Conference in E3 2019. The game was released for the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One and PC Digital via Steam on September 9, 2021 for Asia and Japan and September 10, 2021 for the rest of the world. The game features use of the Unreal Engine 4 and works on the theme of tradition versus evolution of the series.
