It's been announced through Nintendo Power magazine and posted about on GameTrailers.com forums. ToS:KoR will be coming to North America. How soon, we have no idea. After all, the game isn't coming out in Japan for 4 more months. The US name will be Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World.
(For informational purposes, we will be sticking with theToS-R abbreviation until the actual US release is out...)
Now, how about Innocence, Rebirth, or Destiny DC next? =D;
